5 years ago, I was suffering severe anxiety along with poor self esteem. I had tried medication, meditation, yoga, exercise, healthy diet and everything I could possibly think of to improve my mental health. Nothing seemed to last very long and I found myself struggling with self confidence and overthinking everything. My sister suggested that I start seeing Matt and have some counselling and hypnotherapy and I’m so very happy that I listened to her. I had 5 sessions with Matt, focusing on counselling, anxiety reduction, self worth and self esteem. From these sessions, I was able to feel so much CALMER and clearer. I felt so much more comfortable and confident within myself at work and in social situations. Just recently, I found myself experiencing another wave of anxiety due to work stress and fertility issues. I was once again overthinking everything, worrying constantly, feeling exhausted and not sleeping. I rang Matt to book in some more counselling and hypnotherapy as I knew this was the only thing that has actually helped me before! After another 3 sessions with Matt, I’m feeling so much more relaxed, calmer and happier in myself. Matt is an amazing therapist and always made me feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone struggling with anxiety. Thank you for being so accommodating and for all of your help 🙂
